Dave Osborn did a fantastic job representing me, keeping me in the loop, and gave me expectations of the outcome of the hearing. I truly appreciate his availability to meet in person as I see that important for both parties to understand and get a feel for the collaboration. The Disability Help Group gave me clear and sure guidance to make sure I did everything needed to process my appeal. I felt very assured and taken care of. The staff have a good attitude and smile a lot. I think they set standards for Disability help. Especially Dave Osborn who oversaw the process and spoke with me most.
